The philosophy of always doing what is best for the client differs from always doing what is suitable for him/her. Constant application of this philosophy leads naturally to the fact that the business increases over time. Even though I may make less money on a single transaction (for example, I buydown rates whenever possible), the business is grown through word of mouth referrals (and existing clients, returning to me to renew their mortgages), resulting in increased earnings overall. A practical reason for doing things which are right for you!

We can communicate via emails (so, we will meet together only when you sign the agreement, approved by a lender). Most of my clients choose this option to save their time. But if you prefer a face to face initial meeting, please make an appointment in a place of your choice: your home, my office (400 Applewood Cres, Vaughan, ON L4K0C3; I can pick you up), or in a cafe. Evenings and weekends available.
